Flowers have always inhabited my imagination.
"Inner Worlds" is the result of a paradox, between depth of contemplation and rapture of experimentation.
From 2019 to 2020 as I began a deep deconstruction, I saw myself one day, placing them at the center of my lens, like a human model.
A return to nature, to the banal simplicity of a flower. It was a time of great transition in
my life, between two countries, two houses, two lives. Looking at them with a renewed loving gaze
and rediscovering the joy of creativity for fun, they offered me space for inner healing that I
didn't suspect existed.
By playing with the effects, creating color shifts and blurs while shooting I
connected with the spirit of play, feeric exploration and the pleasure of childish poetic wonder
forgotten for being too serious.
This series and the proposal to approach it invite us to re-connect to our feelings, to our own
inner worlds, to unite with this vision which sublimes, soothes and sees forgotten Beauty.
When we change our perspective and our eye on the familiar world, it is its essence, the subtle and
the intangible that can be revealed, recalled to our sensitive memory.
