Kalochori is a magical place with a lagoon , a beautiful wetland , one
of a unique and beautiful ecosystem located in the city of Kalochori, in Greece.
This album presents a variety of images, showing the lagoon from
different perspectives and highlight the diversity of wildlife and natural
its characteristics. The Kalochori lagoon is a shallow, brackish body of water that hosts
a variety of birds, fish and other animals. It is also an important stop for the
migratory birds traveling between Europe and Africa. The waters of the lagoon
surrounded by salt marshes, which provide habitat for a variety of plants and
animals. In my aerial photographs, I captured its beauty and diversity
lagoon. I have photographed the lagoon from different elevations, permitting
viewers to see its vastness and intricate details. I also have
photograph the lagoon at different times of the day and in different seasons,
capturing her changing moods and colors. I hope my photos will
help viewers appreciate the beauty and importance of the lagoon
Kalochori. I also hope that it will inspire and learn more about it
unique ecosystem and take action to protect it.

I was born in Thessaloniki, Greece and my dream as a teenager was to buy a photo camera.
So I have my first Soviet Zenit camera at 1980 on a trip at Skopje, Yugoslavia. Then starting shoot film. Few months later starting part time work at the local photo store developing and printing at the darkroom black and white photos.
Four years later was my first photo exhibition at «παρά θίν' αλός» in cultural institution of the municipality of Kalamaria. At 1991 start working as developer and print in color film at «Φωτο Τέχνη» a local famous photo wedding store.
Starting shoot color and b+w as professional photographer and printing by hand my own photos I feel ready for more in photography world. I realized many exhibitions in Thessaloniki and Athens before I work as professional photographer shooting portraits, travel and cityscapes.
At 2010 start a new carrier teaching photography on film and digital for the Thessaloniki Municipality culture section as educator for 11 years. Drone is my new tool from 2020 and my photo horizons are full of new perspective shooting wetlands, cities, landscapes and seascapes with respect to mother nature.
