Persephone's Conception (Single)
DESCRIPTION
The moment Zeus, god of lightning, and Demeter, goddess of grains, conceived Persephone in an act of violence. This instant of time in Kansas was a perfect metaphor for the ancient Greek myth. A previous bolt had ignited the wheat field, and the storm cast one more bolt into the flames just as I arrived. Taken June 18, 2024, near Cimarron, KS.
