Symbolically, the abyss is a reservoir of universal symbols and archetypes that emerge in dreams and visions. The siren is an archetype of the threshold, embodying both fascination and fear of the unknown. The echoes from the abyss are nothing but fragments of memory, collective and personal, that surface to guide the individual towards self-understanding, while also representing a reconciliation with the myths and stories that connect us to all of humanity. Everything is a call to rediscover the lost bond with our most ancient truths, buried beneath layers of consciousness and oblivion.

Elisa Scascitelli was born in Italy in 1989.
She is a creative and visionary Artist in Fine Art and Fairytales Photography.
But she just loves calling herself a Fantastic Worlds Explorer.
Exploration, nature, forests, mystery, the continuous questions without answer, the "you don't know" those are sources of inspiration that persistently leak in her artworks.
Labyrinthine nature of the artist is intertwined with the arcane, with the dreamlike and mythological symbolism, mixing like color on a painter's canvas.
