This analogue series explores the quiet, transformative journey of self-discovery and renewal. Each image invites the viewer to pause, let go, and simply exist in the moment. From the gentle pull of a leash to the vast openness of the sea, these frames capture the beauty of letting new experiences into your life and releasing the weight of overthinking.
The blurred shapes and distant horizons reflect the inner stillness that emerges when we disconnect from the noise, while the interplay of light, shadow, and movement serves as a reminder of the fluidity of life. It’s a visual meditation on finding yourself by stepping back, embracing the unfamiliar, and allowing space for growth.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
Sina Poch, born 1995 in Cologne, initially studied art history. After years of strategic image analysis and interpretation of foreign art, she wanted to create something of her own and leave the analyzing to others. So she followed her heart and started studying photography. Between emotional chaos and world agony, she developed a passion for the surreal and dystopia. Whether self-deprecating and amusing or socially critical: Her photos should evoke emotions and reflection. For her, photography is not a means to an end, but a way of expressing yourself honestly. Through her affinity for past and future times, she creates a break from the present in her works. To put it in Egon Schiele's words: “Art cannot be modern; Art is eternal. "
