"Colour Science" is a photographic journey that delves into the rich, vibrant hues that define our world.
Through the timeless medium of analogue photography, this project showcases the authenticity of the vibrant colours that might be lost in the digital translation.
Travel for me is not just a movement from one location to another; it’s an immersion into new atmospheres, each with its own colour story enriched by the natural and cultural tapestry of each location.
"Colour Science" is more than a visual diary of my travels; it is an artistic invitation for the viewers to pause and appreciate the beauty and diversity that colours bring to us in every corner of the globe.
AUTHOR
Ningxin Zhang (aka. EV Zhang) is a London-based multidisciplinary artist, skilled in photography, videography and design. With a keen eye for capturing the essence of human emotion and the beauty of the world around us, her work specialises in Urban Anthropology and Travel Lifestyle.
Ningxin's creative journey began as a travel vlogger, a path that provided her with a profound appreciation for the kaleidoscope of human experience. Zhang is drawn to the lives of the unconventional individuals who exist beyond the boundaries of societal norms. Through her lens, she celebrates their authenticity, resilience, and unapologetic self-expression.
