Wall House #2 in Groningen was designed by American architect John Hejduk. Although the design dates back to 1973, the building was not completed until 2001, posthumously.
It is the only one of a series of 24 designs that Hejduk conceived for his "Wall House" series to have been built anywhere in the world. Today, this unique architectural gem is operated by the Groninger Museum as a public space for art and architecture.
