The photographs have been taken during the Covid period back in 2020, but the idea behind the series was previously born during a period in which I was feeling very lonely.
The pictures depict everyday objects that we usually associate in groups or in bulk, here presented by themselves, isolated in their environment. I have chosen the square format, other than playing with light and shadows, in order to create a visual narrative that enhance the loneliness feeling with force and immediacy.
