Conceptual nominee

This series consists of a set of isolated, wandering figures, strutting their stuff on the stage of a silent, empty theater. Survivors of a ruined world of which they are the enigmatic characters, they exhibit their intimate disorders, their anatomical alterations, their local shadows, and carry within them an ancient, living part that forbids their extinction. Without looking for their missing parts, these veritable trompe-la-mort scroll, freeze or stir inwardly, as if to ward off their permanent melancholy.

Born in 1973, France.
Since 2000 he has written, produced, shot, and edited short films and videos.
Screened in more than 50 countries, several of the films have been awarded prizes.
He composed the music for the feature film Should the Wind Drop (Official Selection — Festival de Cannes 2020).
