DESCRIPTION
A photo project about motherhood, silence and returning to yourself. A visual reflection on how long maternity leave changes a woman's personality. When the bright clothes of the previous active life are replaced by monochrome ones. When the colors gray and black become not a choice, but a refuge from anxiety, chaos and a world that no longer has the strength to fight. The color remains only on the shelves of the closet, in a house full of unnecessary things. They can only be useful for making another self-portrait. Show the world that you exist!
AUTHOR
Elena has been on leave for a long time to care for a child with special needs. Due to the fact that she cannot realize herself at work, she has a desire to engage in creativity. At first it was embroidery and oil painting. now there is an interest in photography. Elena has been doing photography for three years. Shoots portraits and still lifes. It became her main hobby, passion and love.
