Horsetail fall up close (Single)
DESCRIPTION
On feb 21,2025 I climbed to the top of El Capitan in Yosemite and rappelled down next to Horsetail fall during the annual fire fall event. I’ve wanted to get this photo for a decade and have consistently checked on conditions every year to see if I could make it happen. 2025 was the first time where the snow line was at the perfect height to allow for safe access to the top of the waterfall while still providing enough water. This is the first time this angle has ever been captured.
