A commonly captured slot in Antelope Canyon, it is nevertheless tricky to actually capture the shape of the hummingbird while also maintaining even lighting on the surrounding Navajo Sandstone so as to express its stunning color and texture.

Anita Sagastegui is an amateur fine arts photographer whose work is guided by a sense of play and curiosity. In addition to practicing photography, Anita is an arts educator (K-8th) with an MA Art Education.
