Despite not being close to warm waters, Kateryna's determination to continue shooting in a liquid environment led her to transform pools into her underwater studios. With creative use of lights and backdrops, she harnesses the unique properties of water to create absolutely unique photographs. The water's natural fluidity adds an ethereal quality to her images, affecting the way light refracts and how subjects move and pose, resulting in captivating, dreamlike compositions that are impossible to replicate on land.
