The photos were taken in March 2025 during my travel in Cairo, Egypt, mainly in the City of the Dead(Qarafa). They capture the daily lives of working people including the waste recyclers, the truck driver and the young peddler.
Laughter and weariness intertwine, carried gently through the daily rhythm of survival. In each passing gaze, untold stories flicker — moments of playfulness, traces of curiosity and uncertainty. All these brief encounters reveal resilience, vitality and the unspoken burdens of everyday life.

AUTHOR
An amateur photographer whose work varies from street photography, portrait, cultural narratives to nature.
In passing faces and fading light, I search for the silent truth of being human. Seeking for unembellished authenticity rather than spectacle, allowing human presence to unfold on its own.
