A trip that took us to discover magnificent places, the kindness and hospitality of Senegal, the richness of the country but also to see the sad reality of the living conditions of the inhabitants.
AUTHOR
Alexandra Leroux has been practicing photography for fifteen years.
She attaches importance to the human dimension in the realisation of a project. Meet the subject photographed, listen to their story, develop a relationship of trust and transpose the sensitivity of the subject to the image.
In recent years, she has left more room for imagination and creativity in carrying out her projects. This moves away from the objective representation of reality. She tries to see differently. According to her, the image must disturb, astonish, question.
