Momento Mori (Photojournalism)
In Varanasi we had the opportunity to photograph this Aghori Sadhu and the image captures their extreme, stern devotion, power, confidence, and unusual often extreme beliefs and the ash markings that they adorn themselves with adding a different dimension to their bodies. Their presence after meditating and elevating themselves to another level of consciousness is unique and mesmerizing.
