Pulsing Flow (Single)
DESCRIPTION
The world around us is one big puzzle. What is it exactly that we see here..?! I’ll just leave it at that: it’s a river, it flows, there’s no ice… and the rest is a mystery for us to discover, or rather, just witness. With my drone, I am constantly surprised by our world, whether in exotic locations like here on the southern coast of Iceland, or just in our own neighborhood. All it takes is changing the perspective and remaining in awe..
AUTHOR
I use drone photography to reveal the unfamiliar within the familiar, questioning common meanings and interpretations. I choose the aerial perspective to show that exotic worlds exist right under our feet; we just need to give ourselves permission - more important than the drone itself - to look at our surroundings differently. My work is about finding the hidden beauty and rhythms around us, inviting people to see the world in a richer, unknown depth. My photos are merely the start of the journey; the viewer's own visual expedition follows.
