Conceptual nominee

This series of culinary photographs explores the tension between nature and creation, rawness and artistic gesture. Fruits and vegetables are plucked from the everyday and introduced into a theatrical space. Food ceases to be a product and becomes a form and symbol. Each photograph tells the story of a process. The kitchen as a creative space, where a simple ingredient can become a carrier of visual emotion.

My name is Magdalena Kądziela, and I'm a mathematician and culinary photographer by training. I specialize in food photography, product photography, and styling.

I graduated with a master's degree from the Faculty of Mathematics and Computer Science at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. However, my passion for fine arts led me to study photography.

I combine the enchanted, multicolored world of photography with experimental photography, and I love levitation photography with all my heart.
