Fine Art nominee

Inspired by Olga Della-Vos-Kardovskaya’s 1909 portrait of young Anna Akhmatova and Nathan Altman’s iconic 1922 painting, I reimagined how these images might look if created in her later years — where youth had turned into experience, yet dignity and inner light remained unchanged. Through photography, I sought not to replicate but to continue their vision, showing how Akhmatova’s presence transcends time.
