Out of Sync presents a series of staged scenes where female figures find themselves caught in moments of uncertainty, hesitation, or quiet imbalance. These characters are not in crisis, but they are no longer fully in control. They wait, listen, pause, or stand still while something around them feels slightly off, potentially risky, or unresolved.
Each image is built from handcrafted miniature sets, and photographed before being combined with the figure through compositing. These constructed environments are intentionally stylized, bright, and visually pleasing. Their softness contrasts with the situations depicted, which often suggest discomfort, tension, or the possibility of danger.
The series reflects a childlike way of seeing — not naive, but protective — where beauty becomes a means of coping.
Through these suspended moments, Out of Sync speaks about individuals who no longer move at the same pace as the systems surrounding them, remaining slightly out of rhythm, yet still standing.

AUTHOR
After completing an artistic training at ESMOD Paris and working for several years in fashion as a stylist, I expanded my visual universe by producing and directing short films and videos for the luxury sector.
Today, I create photographs where fashion and storytelling meet. My images portray young women in handcrafted miniature sets, playing with the ambiguity between illusion and reality through a retro and cinematic aesthetic.
