Beyond water's egdes (Series)
DESCRIPTION
It is easy to get carried away by the beauty of the great mountain landscape in the Andes of Colombia and Ecuador, especially in their páramos, ecosystems endemic to this region of the world. However, I have become interested in the small bodies that make up this entire ecosystem, such as lagoons and wetlands, which serve as reservoirs and water regulators for the great mountains that shape the territory. I believe that every part of the mountain has a particular beauty, beyond the obvious peaks and landscapes of the mountain range. In this way, each member possesses a unique beauty as demonstrated by the aquatic plants that make up this series, with their extravagant shapes and intense colors, which at first glance might appear to be a little chaotic.
