DESCRIPTION
Cultural diversity serves as the foundation of a pluralistic and dynamic society. Photographic works that engage with abstract processes of transformation offer new perspectives on cultural identity and interaction. Within this context, the attempt emerges to create visual intersections between diverse cultural expressions. The resulting portrait operates as an ambiguous canvas, inviting a multitude of individual and collective interpretations.
AUTHOR
Since 1988, I have been dedicated to the exploration of visual perception and its narrative dimensions as a freelance photographer. My practice spans international metropolises such as Munich, Milan, New York, Florence, Rome, Vienna, Prague, Budapest, and São Paulo, each of which represents not only geographical but also cultural and aesthetic spaces that have significantly influenced my work.
Initially shaped by the demands of fashion and commercial photography, my work has gradually evolved into an autonomous artistic expression. Engaging with theatre and classical music has opened new dimensions of visual language, where emotion, dramaturgy, and aesthetics converge. Particularly, portrait photography serves as a medium to capture the subject in its complexity and depth.
Recently, my work has consciously shifted away from classical perfection towards the dissolution of formal structures. This approach, reminiscent of impressionistic expressions, allows me to capture fleeting moments and subtle moods that, in dialogue with the viewer, evoke an emotional resonance.
