Edward Olive is a self-taught, Madrid-based photographer and artist. He began his professional career as a commercial litigation lawyer in London and Paris before transitioning to his artistic pursuits in 2005.

He started his photography journey with a digital camera, a Canon 350d, which he initially purchased to shoot his own actor headshots. He later used a Canon 5d digital reflex camera for his first professional wedding shoot.

Olive's work, which includes portraiture, fine art, and commercial photography, has been recognized with multiple awards. He was nominated for a Hasselblad Masters award and was a winner in the PX3, Prix de la Photographie Paris. His other accolades include a first prize for "Fantasy Photographer of the Year" at the Global Photo Awards and first place in the professional wedding category at the World Photography Gala Awards. In addition to his photography, he is a professional actor and voiceover artist.
