"Aura" is a collaborative project with one of currents leading corsetry icons Royal Black Couture & Corsetry and headdress designer Liv Free. With ballet dancer Berengere I wanted to create an emotive yet striking portrait bringing the elements of dance (without being obvious) combined with her unusual beauty in a set that breaths elegance, baroque vibes and a rich color pallet. On a technical level I wanted to work with just one light to shape and create without loosing any of the quality of work and emphasize her body.
For me personally this is a turning point and one of my best accomplished pieces to this date because it marks a turning point in my portfolio.
