This project, called Sororis, was created as a final graduation project intending to investigate the applications of fantastic art in creative and conceptual fashion processes. Two artists were choosen to explore the fantastic field and to perform an analysis that gave life to the concept of the fashion collection, these being Luigi Serafini and Hieronymus Bosch and highlighting the works Codex Seraphinianus and The Garden of Earthly Delights.
As the problem that focuses the project it’s understood primarily the representations that approach the female body inside the fashion industry, especially regarding the precariousness of miscegenation of body biotypes and skin colors for recording stylistic productions.
Through sustainability theory was developed the principle of reinsertion of obsolete manufactures in the creation of the looks, entirely designed and executed by the artist. It was also emphasized the presence of moorings to the feminist movement, that embraces the female empowerment.
Finally, analog media were applied as a standard for visual comprehension, making it possible to extrapolate the literal representations of reality. The focus was the infrared spectrum, which deals with handmade, alternative and also discontinued processes and films and exposes the unique characteristics of a surreal color pallete that dances with fantasism.

DESCRIPTION
AUTHOR
My name is Júlia Brümmer, I'm a 21 year old fashion designer, analog fashion photographer and conceptual artworker from Joinville - SC / Brazil.
What it says more about me is that my work, besides being 100% done only with analogue media, is based on the female empowerment and on how much it's possible to transmit legitimate fashion contents with any biotype through photography. I’m constantly influentiated by fantastic art and color information, which answers the meaning for my affection with the infrared field.
I also handle photographic chemistry (which means that I develop all my films), experimental processes (which consist in chemical changes to which the films are submitted) and discontinued and rare materials between current films on the market. I have several publications for specialized brands, sites and magazines in the analog photography and fashion content area, two art exhibitions in Brazil (one of them solo) and I also won the first place on the Behance Portfolio Reviews – Southern Brazil edition with an analog fashion series called "GURLZ - Analog Ladies".
