My project is aimed at showing a person in an abandoned and unusual place. I really wanted to combine a contrast of the beauty, darkness and gloom. I displayed an unfinished complex of the underground tunnel being disused since the Soviet times and serving as a shelter in times of natural disasters or a nuclear war.
However, as it usually happens, there is another brighter side apart from the darkness. The warm light illuminating the tunnel and a wonderful person inside suggest that things can be awakened to life and gain colors even in the most hopeless and gloomy places like in the good old Disney fairy tales. And this is exactly what the beauty is.
