Colorful improvisations in the urban landscape to reveal new points of view chasing color and scale effects.

Trained as an architect and in art history, Pierre D’Amours practice photography by passion since 1999. His subjects of predilection are the urban and rural landscapes. Increasing awareness of the cultural value inherent of the landscape and build environment are key to his work. The luminous transfiguration occurring during the day and color and composition are the elements of the alchemy behind his image making process.
