This white version of the 'Royal Star' is from Part II of an extensive personal production - 'The Versailles Project'.

Part II can be described as the creation of a celestial environment composed exclusively of abstractions of water, light and fire.

Royal Star 4 alludes specifically to the spectacular environment of the court of The Sun King, and more generally to the bursts of energy that fuel and ignite our world.

Mercedes Parodi is a British photographic artist, based in London and in Aix en Provence, France, who explores from a psychological and existential perspective themes relating to power, perception of reality, energetic forces, mindset, self-empowerment and wellbeing.
